Why it’s important to level the ground before setting up an above ground pool

Leveling your above ground pool ensures a stable foundation, prolongs the pool’s lifespan, and promotes safety. Even a slightly unlevel pool can result in damage to the pool’s structure and in extreme cases, the walls may collapse, resulting in serious injury. We ask that once you get your above ground pool up, add 3-4 inches of water in the bottom and measure the water level all the way around. It should be within 1-1 ½ inches level. If it is not, please work to get your pool level before scheduling your pool water delivery.

How far in advance should I schedule my water delivery?

We can usually add you to the schedule within 1 to 4 days. If you are replacing or cleaning your vinyl liner pool, please schedule your water delivery accordingly. Your liner pool should not sit empty for more than _______________ . *May is our busiest month and timeframes may be slightly longer.

An in ground liner pool should never be drained below 6-8 inches in the shallow end. If it must be drained further a vacuum will have to be installed behind the liner. Consult a pool professional. Above ground liner pools should not be drained below 8-12 inches from the bottom. Consult a pool professional if it has to be completely emptied.
